I specialize in self image training, goal setting and mental performance coaching for clients involved in variety of sports and high performance industries. My work helps individuals unlock their full potential by strengthening the mindset required to excel under pressure. My clients have gone on to become world champions, win nationals and state level competitions and earn international awards in their respective fields and sports.
In addition to my individual coaching sessions, I also offer in depth in person seminars and online webinars in addition to motivational speaking engagements.
My competitive journey began at the age of 4 when I started riding horses. I competed in Hunter/Jumpers and Show Jumping through my early twenties before transitioning to Endurance riding-always striving for achieving success at the highest levels of equestrian sport.
In 1997, I discovered Dog Agility and quickly immersed myself in the sport. In 2009, I opened my own agility school, Party of 2 Agility, where I trained both dogs and handlers to compete at elite levels. Over the years I’ve become a multiple- time national level finalist and had the honor of representing Team USA on the international stage.
My interest in the mental side of performance began in 2016 when I started working with Mental Management Systems™ founded by Olympic gold and silver medalist Lanny Bassham, as a client. After years of studying and applying the system to all aspects of my life not just competition, I became a certified Mental Management™ performance coach in 2022.
In my personal life, I reside in GA with my husband Mike and our 3 dogs (Miso-Mini Poodle, Eggo-English Cocker, Fish-French Spaniel) and Saphira our Bearded Dragon. I retired from competing in Agility in 2021 and closed Party of 2 in April 2025 to devote full time to performance coaching. I still actively compete my dogs in Barn Hunt, Dock Diving, Nose Work, Mantrialing, Canicross and Bikejoring. In 2023 I started line dancing and country swing and I am getting more involved in the competitive aspect of dance.
